Eu tenho um Fujitsu Lifebook AH531 (acho que o wireless é Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1030, 802.11 b / g / n)

Eu instalei recentemente o Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Anteriormente eu usava o Ubuntu 12.04 LTS e o Windows 7 na mesma máquina e o sinal WiFi era normal.

Após a instalação do 14.04 LTS, o sinal WiFi é muito baixo. Em comparação, meu telefone e o MacBook mostram sinal completo.

Isto é o que o iwconfig mostra ("x" adicionado por mim):

Há uma pequena melhoria tanto na qualidade do link quanto no nível do sinal.

Ainda assim, a qualidade do sinal é menor em comparação com outros dispositivos que possuo.

Eu noto que parte do seu dmesg é:

falha ao liberar todas as filas tx fifo

Este é o assunto de um relatório de bug: link Como você pode ver em comentário # 6, há um kernel com patches disponível e um follow-up que relata que foi corrigido. Eu sei de outro caso semelhante no ubuntuforums.org que também resolveu o problema.

Sugiro que você acesse: link Faça o download do .deb arquivos para o linux-image e linux-image-extra apropriados à sua arquitetura; 32 ou 64 bits. Descubra a partir do terminal:

arch

i686 é retornado para sistemas de 32 bits e x86_64 para sistemas de 64 bits. Então, por exemplo, se o seu é um sistema de 64 bits, baixe o arquivo linux-image amd64.deb e o arquivo linux-image-extras amd64.deb. Instalar com:

cd ~/Downloads  <--or wherever you downloaded the files
sudo dpkg -i linux*.deb

Reinicie e deixe-nos ouvir seu resultado.

Se o desempenho não melhorar, vamos tentar um parâmetro de driver:

sudo -i
echo "options iwlwifi 11n_disable=8"  >>  /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf
exit

E depois reinicie e teste.

Se isso não for efetivo, faça o seguinte:

gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf

Use nano ou kate ou leafpad se você não tiver o editor de texto gedit. Altere a última linha para ler:

options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1

Revise cuidadosamente, salve e feche o editor de texto. Reinicie e teste.
