Você precisa instalar os pacotes * -dev. Eles contêm os cabeçalhos e outros arquivos exigidos pelos arquivos de origem que você está tentando compilar.

Note também que o Ease não parece estar em desenvolvimento ativo (eu enviei um email ao autor e nunca recebi uma resposta).
