Eu abri o link PPA no navegador da web e não há nenhum erro atingindo-o .
A versão da sua distribuição é 16.04.
Mas como você pode ver este PPA não tem nenhum pacote para o Xenial.
Ele só tem pacotes para a versão fiel (14.04) do Ubuntu.
Então, por favor, tente estes comandos para remover este PPA:
sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:mc3man/trusty-media
sudo apt update
Seu problema deve ser resolvido.
