Eu estava trabalhando corretamente com meu projeto e hoje de manhã eu reinstalei o apache e php7.0. Eu usei SSL no meu projeto. Quando eu removo o ssl do host virtual, funcionou bem. Mas quando eu adiciono o ssl novamente, aparece o erro acima. Eu tentei sugestões que foram dadas para erro acima. Não são então trabalhados. Alguém pode me ajudar. Thnak você antecipadamente

Nota: Recentemente eu instalei o skype e hoje o percorri. Mas o problema continua o mesmo. Estas saídas são depois de remover o skype

Por alguma razão, o módulo do Apache - mod_rewrite está desativado. A solução deste problema em particular é a ativação do módulo:
sudo a2enmod rewrite
sudo systemctl restart apache2.service
