Geralmente, o problema aqui é que as dependências de vapor não estão sendo instaladas. O comando comete erros porque os pacotes do sistema estão em um estado ruim, você pode ver isso na saída completa da segunda pasta.
Você precisará executar o "sudo apt-get -f install", como sugerido pela saída do erro, e esperar que ele possa consertá-lo. Em alguns casos, pode não ser possível, nesse caso, você precisará buscar mais saída com a saída exata desse comando.
