O Ubuntu 16.04.1 não pôde reiniciar / desligar completamente

Question

Instalei o Lubuntu 16.04.1 (32 bit) LTS ( kernel: 4.8.14-040814-generic ) no meu painel PC. Eu tenho um problema estranho durante a reinicialização ou desligamento. Às vezes, a reinicialização ou o desligamento fica em algum lugar sem reinicialização / desligamento completo. Isso é quando eu desligar, eu recebo a mensagem "Atingido o Target Shutdown" e é isso. Nada acontece depois disso. Para a reinicialização também, ele chega aqui e não pôde ser reiniciado, e tenho que pressionar o botão liga / desliga para iniciar novamente.

Já tentei

1. Eu modifiquei o arquivo de configuração do grub ( /etc/default/grub ) como sugerido por muitos posts.

   GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="acpi=force reboot=bios,acpi,pci"*
   

   reiniciando depois de atualizar o GRUB, nada acontece.

2. Eu também verifiquei as mensagens durante o desligamento, habilitando o debug-shell, tudo parece OK. Nenhuma mensagem de erro no console, a última linha é

   Reached Target Shutdown

Após vários dias de depuração, tive a ideia de atualizar o kernel do meu sistema, o que parece funcionar até agora (isto é, ele não faz o shutdown / restart do pânico)

Eu tinha o kernel 4.8.14 instalado que estava causando o problema de desligamento / reinicialização indevidos. Eu atualizei para 4.10.0 e agora tudo parece funcionar até agora. Se alguns de vocês também estão enfrentando problemas semelhantes, sugiro atualizar o kernel.

Eu tive um problema parecido. Tentei ir para o modo de recuperação no GRUB e usar a opção fsck. Eu tentei de tudo em todos os outros posts e fóruns, não funcionou para mim. Mas usando a opção fsck para reparar a unidade, resolveu o meu problema.
