Eu tenho uma inicialização dupla com o Ubuntu 16.04 e o Win10. Devido a alguns problemas, eu estava tentando consertar alguns problemas que não faziam o Ubuntu inicializar. Então acabei com um grub que não funciona corretamente, de modo que quando eu ligo o laptop, nenhuma opção de inicialização dupla aparece e o Windows é inicializado automaticamente.
Portanto, eu estava tentando Boot-repair com um Live Usb, mas o sudo apt- O comando get update retorna o seguinte:

Qual é o problema aqui?
Não há necessidade de atualizar o apt-get no modo ao vivo.
Você está instalando estes no Ram, assim que você reiniciar o seu computador ele será perdido de qualquer forma, isso não afetará a instalação do Ubuntu que você tem no seu disco.
Digite este comando no terminal sudo update-grub
para corrigir seu problema.
