Drops de Wifi frequentes

No meu laptop Asus, estou conectado à internet e, quase a cada 10 minutos, não consigo conexão com a internet enquanto ainda estou conectado ao Wi-Fi. Qualquer informação adicional sobre o problema será dada!

Aguarde até que os novos drivers sejam eventualmente mesclados nos módulos do kernel do Ubuntu. Considere atualizar sua instalação do Ubuntu para 15.10 (ou 16.04 no final deste mês).

Os cartões WiFi são baratos e bastante comuns nos dias de hoje. Você sempre pode simplesmente abrir seu laptop, abrir o cartão PCIe WiFi pré-instalado e instalar um que seja compatível com o Ubuntu. (E não se esqueça de recolocar as duas antenas!)

Aqui está uma maneira de obter os drivers mais recentes:

Primeiro, assegure-se de que os pacotes essenciais à compilação estejam instalados (para gcc, make, etc.), git (para obter as fontes externas) e cabeçalhos linux:

sudo apt-get install build-essential git linux-headers-'uname -r'-generic

Em seguida, crie um diretório e um anúncio clone para criar o driver rtlwifi atual:

mkdir -p Applications/lwfinger
cd Applications/lwfinger
git clone https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new.git
cd rtlwifi_new/
make
sudo make install
sudo depmod -a

Em seguida, instale o driver:

sudo mv /lib/modules/'uname -r'-generic/kernel/drivers/staging/rtl8821ae/rtl8821ae.ko /lib/modules/'uname -r'-generic/kernel/drivers/staging/rtl8821ae/rtl8821ae.ko.save
