Você pode reinstalar o pacote 'liba52':

apt-get install --reinstall -y liba52-0.7.4

Para instalar isto você pode ter que habilitar o repositório Universe, então consulte Como eu habilito o repositório "Universo"? se você não tem certeza de como fazer isso.

Eu acho que esse problema pode ser causado por uma instalação de erro. Então você deve remover o pacote quebrado. Tente este comando:

sudo apt-get remove some-package --purge

e agora você pode reinstalar liba52

sudo apt-get install liba52-0.7.4
