Como se constata. Meu provedor de serviços de internet (ISP) bloqueia os e-mails enviados. No entanto, eles forneceram uma opção de retransmissão: smtp.myisp.tld. Eu tive que usar este endereço como meu host de retransmissão no arquivo de configuração /etc/postfix/main.cf:
