Não é possível instalar o obturador

Eu recebo este erro quando tento instalar o obturador:

Eu verifiquei o outro Ask thread do Ubuntu mas a solução menciona espelhos, mas ele não elaborou mais.

De acordo com o site de obturadores , deve ser tão simples quanto seguir as etapas.

1. Adicione o PPA com sudo add-apt-repository ppa:shutter/ppa
2. atualize sua lista de fontes com sudo apt-get update .
3. E instale o obturador com sudo apt-get install shutter .

Quando eu instalei o obturador no meu 13.04 / 13.10 eu usei apenas o centro de software.
