alguém sabe como fazer o bluetooth funcionar? Eu li muito sobre esse bug específico, alguém diz que foi corrigido em 16.04, mas eu ainda sou afetado (Dell XPS 15 9550, Ubuntu 16.04 nova instalação)

Eu tentei quase tudo que encontrei no Google, mas ainda não detectei nenhum dispositivo (mouse, teclado, telefone, nada).
