Não é possível alterar ou adicionar layout de keyborad no Ubuntu

Eu sou novo no Ubuntu e ainda estou aprendendo a usá-lo. Mas, de certa forma, recebo o erro abaixo e não consigo Google para encontrar uma resposta. Se alguém, por favor, veja este erro:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure kbd
