Como instalar o dkim-filter pelo apt-get?

No tutorial, o DKIM é instalado por

sudo apt-get install dkim-filter

Eu me pergunto por que no meu Ubuntu 10.10, eu sou incapaz de fazer isso como eu recebo erro de

E: Unable to locate package dkim-filter

Como posso instalar o DKIM por apt-get ?
