Comprei um Dell XPS 15 há um mês para instalar o Linux nele em dual boot. Eu instalei dual boot Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS com o Windows 10. Mas o problema é que o Ubuntu trava no desligamento / reinício. Enfrentei o mesmo problema com o Linux Mint, o Linux Lite, o Lubuntu e o Ubuntu-Gnome.
Eu tentei esses comandos, mas nada mudou:
sudo gedit /etc/default/grub
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
para
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi=force"
Execute isto:
sudo apt-get update # Fetches the list of available updates
sudo apt-get upgrade # Strictly upgrades the current packages
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade # Installs updates (new ones)
