5T hhd externo detectado, mas não é possível montar no Ubuntu 14.04 [fechado]

Eu posso ver no utilitário de disco que ele está conectado e detectado, mas não tenho opções de montagem, depois de montar o sudo ele diz que o ponto de montagem não existe ... todos os arquivos abertos no windows pc.
