O erro provavelmente é causado pelo Firewall implementado na camada de rede, bloqueando todas as atualizações do APT-GET para funcionar. Mudei minha máquina para uma rede alternativa e o erro parece estar resolvido.
Eu sou novo no Ubuntu e SE. Eu instalei recentemente o Xenial 16.04 no meu servidor de teste e tentei executar uma atualização do apt-get antes de tentar instalar qualquer pacote. Infelizmente, parece ter falhado com o seguinte erro.

Eu tentei desativar o IPv6, executar apt-get autoclean , apt-get-clean e, em seguida, atualizar novamente. É normal eu ainda obter todos os outros links mostrando Ignorar no processo de atualização depois de um limpo?
