Eu tenho um teclado para jogos USB (comprado no aliexpress há algum tempo atrás) com teclas inglesas. Funciona perfeitamente no Windows, mesmo com a configuração em espanhol.
O problema é que no Linux, as teclas Ctrl Alt AltGr não funcionam, são detectadas todas como Left Teclas Shift . Esta é a saída xev:

Eu uso o Ubuntutu 16.04, mas em versões mais antigas o problema é o mesmo. Eu tentei algumas correções e usando a ferramenta gnome tweak, mas isso não funcionou.
Algumas ideias?
