O Ubuntu 16.04 não será corretamente ativado da suspensão

Estou tentando corrigir esse problema há algum tempo, mas não consigo encontrar uma solução. O laptop vai dormir sem nenhum problema, mas quando eu abro de novo o ventilador começa a funcionar e a tela continua, mas está tudo preto. Este é o meu arquivo grub:
