dpkg: erro processando o pacote util-linux (--configure)

Parece que estou com problemas para atualizar meu software. Vou mostrar minhas entradas e saídas para ver o que estou enfrentando. Este é o Ubuntu 17.04, processador Intel i7 de 64 bits. Qualquer ajuda seria apreciada.

Eu então tentei reinstalar o pacote util-linux.

Então, agora estou confuso porque não sei ao certo para onde vai a dependência.

Por último, incluirei meus resultados para dpgk --configure -a.

Eu não quero forçar a exclusão do util-linux porque parece ser um componente central do software. O Ubuntu não está feliz por eu tentar removê-lo.

Eu resolvi o problema indo ao site do pacote Ubuntu e encontrando o pacote util-linux para a minha distribuição. Eu baixei e usei o comando:

~$ sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /home/me/Downloads/util-linux_2.29-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb

Isso reinstalou o util-linux e depois disso eu consegui consertar as dependências quebradas.
