Eu tenho alguns problemas com a instalação do módulo xorg aspeed no meu Ubuntu.
O Basic System foi o Ubuntu 16.04 LTE, com (funcionando) o ASpeed e (não funcionando) o GTX 1060.
Para colocar minha GTX 1060 em funcionamento, instalei o HWE como descrito aqui link
Isso funcionou perfeito para a GTX 1060 (legal!) mas, quando eu tento instalar os módulos ASpeed eu só recebo erros de dependência:
# apt install xserver-xorg-video-ast

Mas quando eu verifico meus pacotes instalados, eu os encontro:
# dpkg --list | grep xserver-xorg-core
rc xserver-xorg-core 2:1.18.4-0ubuntu0.3 amd64 Xorg X server - core server
ii xserver-xorg-core-hwe-16.04 2:1.19.3-1ubuntu1~16.04.2 amd64 Xorg X server - core server
Quando eu tento instalar o xorg-video-abi-20, o apt quer desinstalar a maioria do Ubuntu (como o ubuntu-desktop) e me dá esta nota:
Note, selecting 'xserver-xorg-core' instead of 'xorg-video-abi-20'
Então, o pacote xserver-xorg-video-ast (-hwe-16.04) acabou de ser esquecido de ser portado, ou estou faltando uma parte para que ele funcione novamente?
