Wifi não está funcionando no acer one 14 L1410 MODEL

3 dias atrás eu comprei um laptop Acer One 14 L1410 que vem com o cartão Realtek rtl8xxxu, eu instalei o ubuntu. Tudo está indo bem, mas o WiFi não está funcionando bem. Eu procurei em todos os lugares, mas nada resolveu o meu problema. Meu laptop tem uma tecla de função para WiFi ligado e desligado. quando eu reiniciar, eu tenho que primeiro pressionar Fn + F3 e novamente pressionar fn + F3 então WiFi conecta. Mas depois de suspender o seu novamente não mostrando qualquer conexão.Eu atualizei meu pc e agora a conexão está permanentemente fechada

Por favor, abra um terminal pressionando Ctrl + Alt + T e execute:

gksudo gedit /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf

Use nano ou kate ou leafpad se você não tiver o editor de texto gedit. Na parte inferior deste arquivo, copie e cole o seguinte:

wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no

O resultado final será parecido com este

[main]
plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=false

wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no

Revise cuidadosamente, salve e feche o editor de texto e execute:

sudo service network-manager restart

Eu tenho exatamente o mesmo problema que isso. Eu substituí os drivers com r8168-dkms_8.044.02-2_all.deb, após o qual pelo menos a ethernet do cabo funciona corretamente, mas o wi-fi desativa a cada desligamento e precisa ser fisicamente desligado e ligado novamente antes de se conectar .

Edit: Depois de muita pesquisa, encontrei a resposta. A chave estava em lsusb: ID 0bda: b720. O 'b720' refere-se ao rtl8723au ou bu chipset.
