Estou tentando iniciar um projeto Django, não sei o que estou fazendo para ser honesto. Eu comecei a seguir o tutorial. Instalado python 3.6 (embora isso mostre 2.7, provavelmente veio com o Ubuntu). E então instalei o pip e tentei instalar um virtualenv e o Django. Tem esse erro:

Eu tentei "pip install --upgrade pip", mas recebi o mesmo tipo de erro.
