Ubuntu 16.10. disco rígido externo ntfs-3g é ejetado aleatoriamente durante a noite

Hoje eu acordei com meu disco rígido externo do meu homeserver do ubuntu sendo desligado, apesar dos downloads ativos que deveriam ter usado o HDD.

Ele é conectado via USB3.0 e montado com o ntfs-3g.

este é o meu fstab:

o resto é um número extremamente alto de entradas de spam, que ntfs_read falhou.

Após esse incidente, não consegui montar novamente a unidade, pois ela não aparecia mais em / dev /. Mesmo reconectar o cabo usb não ajudou. O LED HDD do dispositivo foi desligado. Eu tive que reiniciar a máquina para que funcionasse novamente.
