redes WiFi não mostrando, e telefone ethernet parou de funcionar também

Question

Não consigo escolher nenhuma rede Wi-Fi, nem posso ativar o Wi-Fi. Atualmente estou usando o Ubuntu 16.04, mas já tive o problema em 14.04. Tentei procurar respostas neste fórum algumas vezes, mas não de forma muito ativa porque usei a Ethernet do meu telefone. Isso só parou de funcionar também ...
