Meu pendrive HP não é detectado.

Inicialmente eu inicializei esse pendrive com o ubuntu 16.04 e tentei reformatá-lo, mas o ubuntu deu erro e eu me referi a essa resposta . Depois de executar esse comando, esse problema ocorreu.
