Tela oscilante após atualização

1

Eu fiz uma nova instalação do Ubuntu 16.10 64bit e fiz o apt-get update e upgrade. Em seguida, instalou codecs de áudio e vídeo. Desde então, a tela pisca sempre que tem que renderizar novos pixels.

Sistema Placa-mãe: Intel DZ77SL-50K CPU: Intel i5-3570 3.4GZ RAM: 8GB GPU: Radeon HD 7770 Sapphire Flex GHz Edition

Como isso pode ser corrigido?
