Hoje descobri que a impressão não é mais possível. 1. só posso imprimir em pdf 2. Cups diz que o erro CUPS SERVER havia um erro durante a operação dos cups, falha ao conectar ao servidor 3. fez o seguinte

4. leia vários comandos q + ae execute como bpkd, autoremove, autoclean. Nada

até que a atualização para 16.04 do sistema 14.04 seja executada sem problemas.
