14.04.5 Rede LTS quebrada após dist-upgrade

Question

Atualizei recentemente um Ubuntu 14.04 (inspiron 640m, dell) e a rede (LAN e WAN) está quebrada (ícone do Gerenciador de rede tentando se conectar sem sucesso). Eu tenho alguns resultados de linha de comando:

Eu corrijo com upgrade de distribuição em 16.04 ( Como posso atualizar o Ubuntu LTS para o próximo off-line? ). A WAN e a LAN funcionam com a nova versão.
