Dependências quebradas e não removíveis que bloqueiam a instalação do QGIS no Xenial com upgrade do Trusty

Eu fiz o upgrade do Trusty para o Xenial seguindo o passo a passo proposto pelo Ubuntu, mas não consegui instalar o QGIS LTR novamente (seguindo as instruções do qgis.org que eu estou acostumado, tendo instalado o qgis em muitos computadores do Ubuntu), sendo bloqueado por dois pacotes quebrados. Tentei sudo autoremove e purgar com terminal, e se Synaptic imediatamente os detecta como sendo quebrado, não pode removê-los. Aqui estão os detalhes fornecidos pelo Synaptic:
