Erro RAID1 não não sincronizado - Um evento DegradedArray foi detectado no dispositivo md

Meu problema é que recebi muitos e-mails sobre A DegradedArray event had been detected on md device /dev/md3. e outro e-mail A DegradedArray event had been detected on md device /dev/md1.

Eu não sei o que fazer com isso, tentei adicionar de /dev/md3 e /dev/md1

Eu acho que a configuração está errada, quando eu compro este servidor eles disseram que eu recebo 2TB ... talvez 1TB e 1TB, e eles funcionarão como RAID1 (mirror).
