Eu instalei o Berkeley DB 6.2.23 form este tutorial . Também antes, eu instalei libdb5.3 dos repositórios do Ubuntu. Agora, quando estou executando um script Perl na linha de comando, recebo este erro:

Eu acho que a instalação desses dois pacotes é o problema, mas durante a remoção do libdb5.3 há muitos erros de dependência:
