Hoje comprei um novo fone de ouvido para jogos (Gx-Gaming Lychas) e, quando tentei gravar alguns comentários de gameplay, notei que há sempre um ruído de fundo estático, acabei de gravar um exemplo para que vocês possam ouvi-lo ( não é necessário baixar):

Eu tive um problema semelhante com muito barulho que variaria com a rolagem e outras atividades. Eu abri o alsamixer e abaixei o "Beep", e o barulho foi embora.
Uma atualização recente do pacote pulseaudio incluído no Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) e no Kubuntu 13.04 pode estar fazendo com que alguns usuários tenham um ruído de fundo persistente, ou hum. Parece que esse bug em particular afetará o VLC, o Skype e possivelmente outros aplicativos que emitem áudio. Esse problema está afetando principalmente os chipsets Intel-HDA (áudio de alta definição) e os drivers de som ALSA em relação ao PA "sem problemas" (pulso de áudio).
