Instalação do mysql-server no Ubuntu 16.04 LTS falha

Eu passei um dia para instalar o mysql para o servidor LAMP em uma nova instalação do UBUNTU 16.04 LTS.

Eu tento todas as respostas do stackexchange relacionadas a esse problema.

aqui o mesmo problema de cada vez:

Eu tento reconfigurar com o dpkg, concluo a desinstalação e reinstalei a reinicialização entre.
