Por favor, ajude com wireless (pode ser drivers ou outras configurações). Eu tenho o asus k501ux e eu já instalei o kubuntu 15.10 nele, mas ele não vê nenhuma rede wi-fi.

O adaptador sem fio está bloqueado por rfkill .
É uma questão de UEFI da Asus.
Isso pode ser corrigido por
sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/asus.conf <<< "options asus_nb_wmi wapf=4"
Reinicie após este comando e teste.
Esta solução deve ajudar. Uma peculiaridade para este laptop da Asus foi adicionado aos kernels upstream. Na verdade, é a mesma correção que este options asus_nb_wmi wapf=4 .
