Instalador do Openstack Piloto automático falhando no bootstrap de juju

Eu tenho um nó MAAS já implantado usando a opção juju bootstrap --upgrade tools e quando executo sudo openstack-install e selecione a opção Autopilot. Parece que está expirando para entropy.ubuntu.com . Meu proxy e DNS são todos configurados e posso wget e nslookup do servidor MAAS como abaixo:
