Eu instalei o Ubuntu 15.10 e a instalação foi bem sucedida. No entanto, o touchpad da Elantech não funcionou. Eu li que o kernel mais novo 4.5.0-040500RC7-generic adicionou suporte para este touchpad e então eu instalei o kernel mais novo de 64 bits seguindo as instruções aqui :

Eu sou capaz de inicializar se eu voltar ao kernel original 4.2.0.16-generic que foi instalado inicialmente. O problema é apenas com o novo kernel.

1. Preparando o novo kernel - para que eu possa verificar se o touchpad funciona
2. Como o touchpad funciona no kernel antigo
