Estou tentando configurar o Openconnect Server no meu Ubuntu VPS e primeiro tenho que compilá-lo, mas toda vez que eu executo ./configure , recebo 2 erros:

Quando tento instalar o libprotobuf-c , obtenho a seguinte saída
root@MY_VPS_NAME:~# apt install libprotobuf-c

e quando tento instalar o libev4 , recebo a seguinte saída:
root@MY_VPS_NAME:~# apt install libev4

O VPS está em execução: ubuntu-15.04-x86_64 Obrigado, ~ WC
O pacote protobuf é chamado libprotobuf-c1 nowdays. O libev4 está lá, se você não puder instalá-lo, terá problemas com repositórios genéricos.
Seu Ubuntu 15.04 está desatualizado, por favor atualize para 15.10. Isso pode ser a causa da falta de pacotes.
Eu encontrei o mesmo problema no Ubuntu 18.04 e instalei libev-dev para corrigir o problema.
