Não é possível instalar o VLC em 15.04 - as dependências não podem ser resolvidas

Instalando a partir do Centro de Software , obtenho

Eu não estou usando de um PPA como aqui ou < um href="https://sobrelinux.info/questions/83239/vlc-package-dependencies-cannot-be-resolved"> aqui .
