Atualmente, estou testando um fitlet-XA10-LAN Barebone com o Ubuntu 14.04.2 x64. Tudo parece funcionar muito bem, mas não consigo acelerar a aceleração 3D. "lspci -v" diz que a caixa tem um

Curiosamente, aticonfig / amdconfig detecta o cartão como um R6.

Eu já tentei versões mais antigas do fglrx, tentei apenas instalar os pacotes fglrx ou fglrx-updates no ubuntu, tentei construir pacotes do ubuntu usando o instalador do AMD. É sempre o mesmo problema. Olhando para a lista de placas suportadas no mais novo lançamento da AMD, o R3 parece estar presente.
Eu encontrei esta página no phoronix, onde parece que ele usou o X Server 1.15.1 com o fglrx 13.35.5 para fazê-lo funcionar. Mas eu tenho xorg 1.16 e não tenho certeza de como fazer o downgrade para tentar.
O que estou perdendo, o que mais posso tentar ??
