Como corrigir o erro kcmshell5: Não foi possível encontrar o módulo bluedevildevices (o bluedevil está instalado!)

Eu não tenho o ícone do bluetooth nas configurações do sistema ou na bandeja do meu sistema no Kubuntu 15.04, então tentei iniciá-lo manualmente com bluedevil-monolithic . Mas a opção de menu "configurar Bluetooth" do ícone da bandeja do sistema resultante falha com os seguintes erros - como posso corrigi-los?

Mais informações:

• bluedevil está instalado (versão 2.0 ~ rc1really1.3.2-0ubuntu1 )
• /usr/sbin/bluetoothd -n e bluedevil-monolithic estão em execução (e nenhum outro software relacionado a bluetooth contendo "bt" ou "blue" está em execução)
• a saída de blutooth é bluetooth = on (após rfkill unblock bluetooth )

Acontece que eu causei o problema quando vinculei o kcmshell4 ao kcmshell5 como uma solução alternativa para um bug em outro programa. Eu restaurei o kcmshell4, e agora, quando eu inicio o bluedevil-monolithic , todas as opções do menu funcionam.

A configuração do Bluetooth ainda não está aparecendo nas configurações do painel ou do sistema, mas isso é um tópico para outra pergunta .
