Para o Broadcom BCM4313, baixe os arquivos DEB para o seu sistema operacional. Você precisará dos arquivos b43-fwcutter e firmware-b43-installer. Isso funcionou para mim em um laptop Dell D620.

O driver necessário para o BCM4313 vem pré-instalado no Ubuntu. Eu recentemente ajudei um amigo meu a instalar o Ubuntu e ele estava usando exatamente esse chip WiFi.

No entanto, nos deparamos com o problema de o cartão WiFi não ter iniciado no tempo de inicialização, o que evitamos adicionando o comando rfkill unblock all como um programa de inicialização.

Quanto à placa Ethernet da Qualcomm, nunca a encontrei antes e, portanto, não posso dizer se ela funcionará prontamente ou onde encontrar drivers.
