Estou tentando acessar remotamente o sistema operacional Ubuntu do sistema operacional host, que neste caso é o Linux Mint. Minha versão do Ubuntu não tem interface gráfica, apenas uma interface de terminal.
E altere a configuração de rede na configuração do sistema operacional virtual da seguinte forma:
Network adapter is enabled.
Attached-to Host-only Adapter
vboxnet()
Eu corro o sistema operacional virtual e faço login. Então via terminal no meu sistema operacional host eu faço assim:
ssh -v -Y [email protected]

O que está errado e como posso acessá-lo remotamente?

Ainda não funciona. Parece o problema na chave pública. O que é isso? Desculpe, ainda sou novo sobre isso.
A autenticação de senha está desativada no servidor SSH por padrão. Você primeiro tem que habilitá-lo. Consulte: link
Se o problema continuar existindo, examine o arquivo de log sshd primeiro.
Observe também que você precisa fornecer seu nome de login, não o nome do servidor: ssh -v -Y nome de usuário @ 192.168.56.1
