Vários monitores com Intel GMA e Radeon HD 5450

Eu tenho dois monitores, o primeiro monitor é conectado por D-sub à Radeon HD5450. Este monitor funciona bem. O segundo monitor é conectado por D-sub a Intel GMA (placa integrada integrada) e o sistema não pode detectar este monitor. Não consigo mudar o cabo de conexão. No Windows funcionou bem, mas no Linux não consigo resolver o meu problema.

Eu configurei no gráfico de inicialização do BIOS para o intel GMA, mas depois que o monitor de carregamento do sistema operacional mudará para o HD5450
