Para o Ubuntu 13.10, o ruby 2.0.0 funciona bem em seguida -

Estou tentando instalar a gsl gem no Ubuntu Saucy
Eu instalei os pacotes relevantes de gsl com
sudo apt-get install gsl-bin libgsl0-dev
Mas a instalação da gem falha

O problema é semelhante a este: Problemas na instalação da gsl gem
A solução principal desse segmento não funciona - o pacote fonte do gsl 1.14 não está mais disponível naquele endereço. Eu acho que isso será útil para muitos usuários com Saucy.
Para o Ubuntu 13.10, o ruby 2.0.0 funciona bem em seguida -
