sudo dpkg -a --configure
espero que funcione.
Estou tentando instalar o Python 2.7 no meu Ubuntu 13.04 VPS. Estou emitindo;

e recebendo isso em troca

Eu tenho olhado isso há anos e não consigo ver o caminho. Provavelmente sendo um pouco sombria.
