Problemas do Ubuntu 13.10 com driver AMD e áudio [duplicado]

Estou no Ubuntu 13.10, minha placa gráfica é a AMD Radeon HD4200. Minha placa de som é um HDMI realtek. Eu tentei baixar e instalar os dois drivers, mas nada funciona.

Quando executo o arquivo .run (de link ) recebo um erro. Eu verifico o log fglrx-install e ele diz isso:

Check if system has the tools required for installation.
fglrx installation requires that the system have kernel headers.  /lib/modules/3.11.0-12-generic/build/include/linux/version.h cannot be found on this system.
One or more tools required for installation cannot be found on the system. Install the required tools before installing the fglrx driver.
Optionally, run the installer with --force option to install without the tools.
Forcing install will disable AMD hardware acceleration and may make your system unstable. Not recommended.

Áudio:

Desde a minha primeira instalação, não tenho áudio. Eu tentei tudo descrito neste site: link sem sucesso. Baixei os drivers linux do áudio Realtek HDMI, mas não tive sorte.

Verifique neste link os drivers da sua placa gráfica: Instalação através dos repositórios do Ubuntu

Vá para Softwares e amp; Atualizações > Drivers adicionais e depois instalar os drivers listados.
