A maioria dos seus PPA está desatualizada ou não existe mais. Por exemplo, o último " link " deve ser substituído por " link ".

Examine seu /etc/sources.list (ou os arquivos em /etc/sources.list.d ) e remova ou corrija as linhas que causam o erro.
