fax: falha de segmentação do efix

Estou tendo problemas para fazer com que o efax funcione no servidor Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS Às vezes o envio de fax dá um erro 'terminado por sinal' e algumas vezes parece funcionar, mas sempre dá o aviso: 'apenas leia 0 byte (s) do arquivo de entrada, assumindo texto'. Nada nunca vem do outro lado.

Arquivei um relatório de erros com o Ubuntu.

Eu contornei o problema substituindo o binário defeituoso do efix:

No shell de comando:

  • tar -xzf efax-0.9a-001114.tar.gz
  • cd efax-0.9a-001114
  • fazer
  • sudo cp efix / usr / bin / efix
