Como posso instalar o python-dev no apt-get?

Eu tentei este e isto e isso e isso

Nenhum desses instala python-dev, eu tenho meu sistema amd64, 14.04 ativo e em execução, enquanto tento instalar o wagtail, um django cms, recebo o erro:

Como posso corrigir isso e instalar o pacote?

É por causa do cabeçalho Python.h c que está incluído no pacote python-dev .

Quando experimentei os links acima, ele diz:

apt-get install python-dev

Eu pesquisei sobre os arquivos debian e encontrei um pacote para python 2.7.8-1 , mas que não podia t ser instalado.

Tentei isso na barra de ativação também, mas não funciona.

Tente fazer isso como root ( su )

Além disso, tente executar # apt update e certifique-se de que Multiverse e universo estejam habilitados (Veja Como habilito o repositório" Universe "? ). Eu também tenho backports ativado no meu sistema, não tenho certeza se isso faz diferença neste caso.
